Security guarding: your questions
How much does a security officer cost in Dakar?
The cost of a post depends on the assignment: day or night, armed or unarmed officer, required qualifications. A post staffed 24/7 requires three officers on rotation. We provide a quote after a free assessment of your site.
What is your geographical coverage?
DIS is represented in 10 cities: Dakar (head office and control centre), Thiès, Mbour-Saly, Kaolack, Saint-Louis, Ziguinchor, Tambacounda, Kédougou, Kolda and Matam. We recruit locally, near each site.
What happens if an officer is absent?
Our control centre detects missed shift check-ins and arranges a replacement from a reserve pool trained on your site, within two hours at most.
How can I check that patrols are actually carried out?
Every patrol checkpoint is validated by an NFC tag. Missed checkpoints are detected automatically, and you can see completed and scheduled patrols in your client portal.
Can your officers be armed?
Yes, on sites that justify it and strictly within the scope of administrative authorisations, with individually licensed officers.
