CCTV and alarm monitoring in Dakar Remote monitoring and smart cameras

Our control centre, located at our head office in Dakar, monitors your sites 24/7. A camera that detects someone does not send a team at random: an operator checks the image, decides, then dispatches the nearest responder.

The alert chain

Five stages, all time-stamped

A detection mobilises no one until an operator decides. Any alert not acknowledged within ten minutes is escalated.

1

Detection

On-board analytics tell a person, a vehicle and an animal apart.

2

Alert

Displayed at the control centre in less than a second, with the snapshot.

3

Verification

The operator checks, opens the live feed and can warn the intruder remotely.

4

Response

The selected responder receives the mission on their phone, with the route.

5

Escalation

Police or gendarmerie, on the operator's decision, never automatically.

DIS Command

The operator sees what the camera saw

The alert arrives with the snapshot taken at the moment of detection. The operator opens the live feed and decides whether to send the team, and every decision is recorded: who, when, on what information, which responder and how far away.
